tryal. is a discovery platform that connects users with AI tools and SaaS products. The Platform enables users to discover, trial, and review software products, and enables sellers to list and promote their products.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. Seller Obligations

Sellers must ensure that their product listings are accurate and up-to-date. Misleading descriptions, fake reviews, or deceptive practices will result in listing removal and potential account suspension.

5. User Content

By submitting reviews, comments, or other content to the Platform, you grant tryal. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Platform.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: manipulate rankings or reviews, spam or harass other users, use the Platform for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform's systems, or scrape data without permission.

7. Payments and Refunds

Payments for promotional packages are processed through Stripe. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of purchase for unused promotional packages.

8. Limitation of Liability

tryal. is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not endorse any products listed on the Platform. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform or from products discovered through it.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
