We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, company name (for sellers), and content you submit (reviews, listings). We also collect usage data including pages visited, trial interactions, and device information through cookies and analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: operate and improve the Platform, personalize your experience, process transactions, send service-related communications, compute product rankings, and prevent fraud or abuse.

3. Trial Event Tracking

When you interact with product trials, we record anonymous session-level events (trial starts, clickthroughs) to compute product rankings. These events are linked to a randomized session ID, not your user account, unless you are logged in.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with: Supabase (database hosting), Stripe (payment processing), and Vercel (application hosting). These providers process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Trial event data is retained for ranking computation and anonymized after 90 days.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), Row Level Security on our database, and secure authentication through Supabase Auth. However, no system is 100% secure.

8. Your Rights
